Insomnia is a burden that affects your days as well as your nights. It may all seem dark and cold now. And you may feel heavy and very, very fatigued. You may even experience body aches, memory problems, brain fog, and worry that this will never end. You may be experiencing anxiety, day and night, or panic attacks. You may worry that Insomnia will make you sick. All day you may think about and worry about sleep, and only think about going to bed. But then when you do go to bed…you lie awake for hours looking at the clock.
